OnCall was created with the assistance of a parent advisory group. These parents have children with special health care needs allowing them to provide a unique perspective about available resources. Our hope is that you will find this site to be a useful resource for you and your child. This site provides information as well as links to a variety of resources available on a local, state, and federal level to provide for the needs of children and youth with special health care needs.
