The education of your child will be provided by one of two systems depending on the age of your child.  For children from birth until 3 years, Help Me Grow provides early intervention services.  After your child turns three, your local school system is responsible for providing educational services.  It is important for you to understand your child’s educational rights under the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA)
